Partner
Raphaëlle RISCHMANN, an epicurean at heart, trained with the magistrates of the Financial Division of the Paris Public Prosecutor’s Office, after obtaining a Master 2 in private law, litigation and arbitration.
During her training years, she prioritised gaining experience with magistrates from various divisions in order to better understand the expectations of those she would need to convince.
She practised for nearly 7 years alongside Marie Burguburu at the firm Burguburu Blamoutier Charvet Gardel et Associés, before founding Marcus Law Firm.
Maître RISCHMANN practises family law, inheritance law and press law with ease and diplomacy.
She has a strong character and always pleads with tenacity, which earned her the title of Secretary of the Conference

Elsa MASSON
Partner
After completing a degree in Business Law (Paris II – Assas) and a Master 2 in Electronic Commerce and Digital Economy Law (Paris I – Panthéon-Sorbonne), Elsa MASSON worked at an American law firm in San Diego.
A practising lawyer since 2013, she first worked as an associate at several renowned Parisian law firms.
Combative and determined, Maître MASSON set up her own practice in 2017 before founding Marcus Law Firm.
Since then, she has devoted herself to her areas of expertise: civil litigation and family and inheritance law, which she practises with passion.
Meticulous, she skilfully balances inflexible rigour with compassionate attentiveness.

Guillaume HALBIQUE
Partner
After training in business law and intellectual property, Guillaume HALBIQUE practised criminal law in a defence team at the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia, then at a criminal division of the Paris Court of Appeal.
With several years of experience as an associate at a renowned Parisian firm, Guillaume HALBIQUE founded Marcus Law Firm. He practises in the fields of commercial law, intellectual property and criminal law.
Passionate about new technologies and the changing creative landscape, he has a particular interest in the legal challenges of artificial intelligence and also represents artists and authors.
Insatiable, Guillaume HALBIQUE spent 7 years as a professional drummer in the rock band The Popopopops, later known as Her, and performed at some of the finest venues (l’Olympia, Zénith, la Cigale) and around the world (Canada, Brazil, Russia).
He was elected Secretary of the Conference in 2018.

Alexandra BORET

A graduate of Sciences-Po Paris, with a dual degree in Philosophy and History and an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law, Alexandra BORET has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2014.
Before founding Marcus in 2019, she practised for 5 years at prestigious Anglo-Saxon and French firms renowned for their expertise in business litigation and criminal law, such as Hogan Lovells and Fedida Associés.
She practises criminal law as well as press law and also handles civil and commercial litigation. Alexandra BORET was 1st Secretary of the Conference of Lawyers at the Paris Bar for 2019. She currently teaches criminal law at Sciences Po Paris.

Claire THIBAULT
Associate
Claire THIBAULT holds a Master 2 in White-Collar Criminal Law Practice from the University of Paris-Est Créteil and a dual certificate in Criminal and Criminological Sciences from the Institute of Criminology at Panthéon-Assas University.
Before joining the Firm, Claire completed several internships at renowned law firms, where she specialised in general criminal law and white-collar crime, as well as at public institutions (State Legal Agent).
Claire joined the Firm in January 2021 and works across various areas, primarily in criminal law and family law.
Camille ROLIN
Associate
With a Master II in General Private Law specialising in Criminal Law, Camille ROLIN trained with the magistrates of the Juvenile and Family Division of the General Prosecutor’s Office at the Paris Court of Appeal, acquiring an expert command of both criminal and civil aspects of family law.
Following this experience, she joined a renowned Parisian firm before moving to Marcus Law Firm in September 2022, where she primarily practises family law, criminal law and civil law.
Passionate and rigorous, Camille faced the demands of the world of high-level classical ballet before devoting herself to law and donning the lawyer’s gown.
